Impact & Responsibilities: Develops and implements a comprehensive cross-channel annual giving program to generate gifts from constituents on an annual basis in support of the University and compliments major and planned giving programs of the University; directs and coordinates planning of integrated fundraising campaigns utilizing direct mail, phone, texting, e-solicitations, and social media; creates solicitation materials, marketing strategies, and schedules to secure resources for a variety of University priorities as appropriate; provides leadership in integrating annual giving activities into the University's overall development program; provides oversight of vendor contracts and assures collaboration of related work with campus units considering annual fundraising appeals; works closely with members of the Development Office and University personnel to highlight University priorities and define measurable outcomes in fundraising; and contributes to the overall advancement of the University.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least three years of combined experience in non-profit annual giving, marketing or sales with direct donor/client contact, project management, and/or working directly with databases creating segmented communication strategies for direct mail, electronic, and social media applications; and demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
 
Preferred: Knowledge of phone call center operations; demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate multiple detailed tasks and achieve established resource development goals within established schedules; ability to build rapport with people quickly; and excellent oral and written communication skills.
