At Bill Colwell Ford, we work hard to keep our customers happy by providing exceptional car care for all of our customers. Our Automotive Detail Specialists play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by returning customer vehicles washed, touched-up, and in better condition than when they arrived. As a Detail Specialist, you will be responsible for making a vehicle look neat and clean both inside and out by using a variety of cleaning products and equipment. As a professional it is crucial that you have an eye for cleanliness and an acute attention to detail. Hours for this full-time position are Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with the flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and detailing of vehicles to restore and enhance their appearance.
• Clean, shampoo, and vacuum upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces to ensure impeccable cleanliness.
• Apply appropriate cleaning agents, waxes, and polishes to achieve a flawless finish on exteriors, including paint, glass, and metal surfaces.
• Remove debris, stains, and blemishes from surfaces using specialized tools and techniques.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workflow to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect vehicles for potential defects, damages, or areas that require special attention.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques, products, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an automotive detailer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of various cleaning products, equipment, and techniques used in automotive detailing.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting imperfections.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
