As a Mobile Service Technician, you will provide exceptional repair and maintenance services directly to our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities:

• Travel to the customers location to diagnose, repair, and service vehicles.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and identify any additional issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain a professional demeanor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
• Document all service performed accurately and thoroughly.
• Utilize advanced tools and technology to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborate with mobile service coordinator to communicate repair plans and estimates to customers.
• Stay current with industry advancements and new vehicle technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a professional automotive repair setting.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Relevant certification(s) from recognized automotive training programs or institutions.
• Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to customers and team members.
• Computer savvy with the ability to navigate on a tablet and/or laptop.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Flexibility – Technician will be bending, squatting, and laying on the ground.
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
