Responsibilities: Coordinates food production and points of service for concession operations of the Dome/McLeod event complex, with a primary focus on Volleyball and Women's Basketball, and select external or non-athletic events; assists with home football games; oversees staff scheduling and time card system; orders, receives and stores products, supplies, and equipment; and assists in the development of agendas and conducts training sessions on food production, safety, sanitation standards, and innovative merchandising.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree plus experience in concession management and supervisory experience required. Student experience will be considered. Frequent evening and weekend work will be necessary. Must abide by the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, the Missouri Valley Football Conference, the Big XII Conference and the University of Northern Iowa.
