About Us

Applications are now open for the Veterans Way Banner program. This initiative aims to honor and pay tribute to the brave men and women who have served in the armed forces and sacrificed so much for our nation. We encourage all eligible individuals to apply and participate in this meaningful project.

The Veterans Way Walk of Honor launched in 2023 with 42 banners adorning 16 blocks of the 4th Street corridor in downtown Waterloo from Washington St. to Adams St. Each banner features the name and photograph of an honored veteran, and additional bios can be found on an accompanying digital tour at WaterlooVeteransWay.com.

Exchange Club of Waterloo is a local club in the national organization known as Exchange. The Exchange Club of Waterloo is one of 700 clubs of the National Exchange Club. Exchange is an all-volunteer, national service organization for men and women who want to serve their community, develop leadership skills and enjoy new friendships.

The Exchange Club of Waterloo was formed in 1948, as a part of the National Exchange Club. Ever since then our members have worked to make our community a better place to live, work and grow.

We meet every Tuesday at noon at the Elk's Club in downtown Waterloo. We invite you to attend anytime to see what we are all about!
