About Us

Cedar Valley Hospice is the area's leader in hospice and palliative care and has been serving our community since 1979. Cedar Valley Hospice is a not-for-profit, multi-service agency that provides hospice services to those with a six month or less prognosis wherever they reside in our service area or at our Hospice Home. Hospice services are available to people of all ages who are suffering from any life-limiting illness. Other services include: palliative care for those with a serious illness still seeking curative treatment, adult and children’s grief support for anyone struggling with the death of a loved one, and case management for those living with HIV or AIDS and their families. All services are available to anyone regardless of their age, diagnosis or their ability to pay.
