Director of Charitable Impact

Are you passionate about creating stronger, more connected communities? The Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa (CFNEIA) is seeking TWO individuals to join our Charitable Impact Team in this director-level position. As a Director of Charitable Impact, you will have the opportunity to help make more good possible every day. In this role, you’ll work closely with generous individuals to help them fulfill their philanthropic goals and support the causes they care about. You'll also serve as a trusted partner to nonprofit organizations, helping them grow, thrive, and carry out their vital missions. You’ll build meaningful relationships with donors, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders across our region to drive lasting impact. We're looking for individuals who thrive on collaboration, are passionate about philanthropy, and are energized by helping others give back to the communities they love. Flexibility for position location across our 20-county region, with the preference that at least one candidate work from our Black Hawk County location.
