Master Craftsman

Position Summary
Masterbrand Cabinets, producer of the premium Omega Cabinets is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in cabinetry or woodworking experience.  Must have the ability to not only work from prints but also be able to conceptualize and build a custom product.  This position requires strong communication skills, self-starter, team oriented, along with a quality mindset.  Per department guidelines, the Master Craftsman will be expected to build product from the ground up, create custom parts to specification and have a strong knowledge of product offerings.  Responsibilities will vary, including, but not limited to handle sheet goods, complete all stages of woodworking process, edit production lists, machine and dado sheet goods, and verify dimensions using caliper or rule.  Equipment used will include table saw, shapers, boring machine, various hand tools, notcher, and miter lock machine.
