Job Description
District Minimum of HS Diploma or equivalent - AA preferred; successful applicant will need to pass a technology skills assessment; clerical or office management experience preferred; experience with information systems preferred; 1-2 years clerical or office administration experience; excellent organizational skills; ordering supplies; faxing, copying, printing and mailings maintaining filing system and databases; maintaining and updating budgets; ability to access and manipulate information systems; scheduling appointments and meetings; ability to communicate with a variety of people in coordinating services, such as: parents, teachers, administrators and bus garage; ability to create and effectively use Microsoft Office especially Excel; ability to create and effectively use Google documentation and applications; ability to troubleshoot problems and come to a resolution; ability to work discreetly and maintain confidentiality; ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently. 

Willingness to learn and keep technical skills current; recognize and demonstrate a commitment to multicultural policies and practices; proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel; proficient in Google documentation and applications; effective oral and written communication skills.
