Job Description
PIPAC is seeking self-motivated and results-oriented Executive Assistant located in Cedar Falls, IA. Description: Provides administrative support to the CEO/President - working closely and effectively to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Prioritizes varying needs, handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. Plan and coordinate all continuing education courses. Travel as necessary to support business training and events. Our Work Hours: We need team members with a great attitude, are well organized and ready to join a hard-working, fast-paced team. Realistically, the job is 40 plus hours per week, with occasional travel. Qualifications: At least 2 years administrative support experience preferred. Experience planning and coordinating events. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills. Why is it worth it?
