At Friendship Village we are committed to excellence, innovation, and collaboration. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and help drive organizational success. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with our top executives, manage a variety of critical tasks, and make a significant impact in the organization.
As an Administrative Assistant you are responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO; coordinating the CEO’s schedule/calendar, composing/proofreading letters, creating and entering data for reports, setting meetings and events, preparing meeting agendas; scheduling travel plans, maintaining board records, and other items to keep work flowing in an organized and efficient manner.
This position will also assist the Development Director by managing our donor database, gift/donation records, scheduling appointments, follow-up with donors/potential donors, and assisting with fund raising events.
To be successful in this role you must be driven, have high standards with an attention to detail and exceptional organization and communication skills. Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality and thrive in a fast-pasted, dynamic environment.
