Mark your Calendars! Waterloo's Food Truck Festival returns in 2023 and promises to be an amazing day with delicious food and fun for all ages. Main Street Waterloo Executive Director, Jessica Rucker shares, “The community has embraced this event and we can't wait to share what is in store for 2023. We have been blown away by the support from the community and feedback from attendees and participants. Year three is set to be the best foodie experience yet.” The festival will take-over RiverLoop Expo Plaza and more, and will feature some of the best food truck vendors from throughout the region.
