ProLEAD certificate program

ProLEAD is a new leadership development certificate program geared toward managers who already have the basic leadership skill set and are now seeking additional information that require further insight and coaching. The program includes 10 four-hour classes that meet monthly, 2 one-hour individual coaching sessions with a professional leadership coach and a one-hour webinar. Another bonus with this program is the Habit Builder tool which helps learners integrate their new leadership skills into daily practice.
