We offer the benefits of low impact workouts that cater to every ability level while simultaneously bringing you all the benefits of infrared energy such as faster recovery, deep detox, stress relief, and boosted calorie burn. At HOTWORX, you get both efficiency and variety, with 12 different workouts to choose from ranging from quick 15 minute HIIT sessions (like cycling or rowing) to 45 minute isometric sessions (like yoga, Barre, or Pilates).
