Hoopla Cheer & Ugly Sweater Contest

It is an evening filled with fun: Elves will be concocting special batches of cheer during Holiday Hoopla's, Hoopla Cheer Contest Thursday December 12th in the Cedar Falls Downtown District! Stop by between 6:00 and 9:30pm to try unique drinks that several establishments will be serving up with the hope that they will earn your vote!
