Dustin is a founding partner at CWL Group and serves as the Executive Director of the Iowa Chamber Alliance (ICA). In his role as the ICA legislative council, he represents Iowa’s 14 largest Chambers of Commerce and Economic Development Organizations before the Iowa Legislature and state agencies. His policy work spans a broad range of issues, including economic development, taxation, community development, water quality, environmental regulation, public finance, and utilities. Join us as he shares final takeaways, and his insights gleaned from the 2025 Iowa Legislative Session.
